Cause unknown: This is a very common complaint and a specific cause is rarely identified. Although this can be frustrating, this typically carries no risks of significant medical problems. Treatment is not helpful and can even cause harm. Of course I have not seen the monitor, but am taking your doctor's analysis at face value.

Need more info: The most likely cause are pvcs. By themselves, they are generally not harmful. If you continue to have annoying symptoms, ask to see a cardiac electrophysiologist. They may be able to prescribe medicine that could control your symptoms or offer a procedure to fix the problem.
