Oral sex: Could be trauma related. Wait 7-10 days with no further trauma or use of spicy foods or mouthwash. If still present then have your dentist check this.

Scrotal tongue: Could be scrotal tongue, could be yeast infection. Rinse with diluted white vinegar and liserine.
