Peptic ulcer: Don't know how diagnosis of peptic ulcer was made. Are you are treating yourself.? Anyway, you need test for a bacteria called helicobactor pylori, a common cause of non-healing peptic ulcer. Test can be done from stool, urea breath test, blood test for antibody. Talk to your doctor, s/he may refer you to GI doc. Who might advise endoscopy. If positive, 2 wks treatment with 3 meds heals the ulcer.
