i have graves disease can that cause a positive pregnancy test at home?

Probably not: There are many reasons why a pregnancy test may be a false positive (i.e. Positive test but not pregnant), but thyroid abnormalites is not listed among them. The hormone disorder of graves is very different from the measurement of hcg, the pregnancy hormone.
