preventive exam: Physical exam is also called preventive physical exam the exam incluse a detailed history of any symptoms, past medical and surgical history, family history, social history about smoking, alcohol intake and meds or drugs, any allergies etc, and complete body exam of all the bodily syastems.And blood and urine test to check your chemistry, lipids, CBC and urine.And if you are over 50 an ekg as well.
