You must go to hospital if you have palpitations, (feel your heart beating hard) or get light headed when going from laying down to sitting or standing. Hemorrhoids vs cancer. Painless bleeding, cancer. Bleeding after straining, hemorrhoids. But not always that correct. Get checked out please..
