A member asked:

I get a sharp pain every so often below ribcage on righthand side, always when holding a deep breath, and usually when sitting and relaxing after work?

Probably nothing bad: This doesn't sound too serious but i would go see your primary care doctor anyway just to be sure. He or she can take a complete history and do a good physical exam to see if you would need any additional tests.

Diaphragm : Could be a spasm of the diaphragm. You are correct age and it's on the correct side. Next time it occurs blow out all your breath, wait a few seconds then breath normally. Should resolve instantly and not return until next spasm. If does not resolve or pain to palpating rib cage needs to be evaluated by md.
