Been having sharp pain under ribcage on the right side.hurts to move, breath,and eat. when pain gets bad it spreads to right back. followed by nausea.

Gall bladder: Tough to say without a proper history and examination, but as described, it may be your Gall Bladder. Get eval for Dx and Tx, best wishes.

Posssible gall bladd: You may have a gall bladder issue amongst other possibilities. If you have a fever with this you need to go to the ER, otherwise see an md ASAP. It may also be a pulled muscle or rib issue, but that typically is not worsened by eating. A lung issue like a collapsed lung or pneumonia would not be worsened by eating either.
