I fell from 2m height 2 days ago got xrays done evey thing seemed ok. This morming I felt something pop in the back of my ribcage and now its painfull to cough, sneaze or even take deep breaths. The pain is in the back of rib cage at bottom side.
Tightness in mid and upper back particularly on right side up into shoulder, also achy under ribcage at front. No shortness of breath. Worst when eat.
