NO, however...: I know of no evidence that stretches increase growth. Most men stop growing around age 18 but some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone is far more likely to help than stretches. No: You can find out if you can grow taller by having a bone age study done. This takes an x-ray of your wrist/hand and evaluates the growth centers seen in the bones to come up with a Bone Age, or standardized reading of your bone maturity. If your bone age is adult & the growth centers have closed, nothing will help you grow taller. No diet, no hormones, no stretches. They are good for health.
