I have to crack/stretch my neck, back, hips, and mostly my legs at least 5 times a day. i was recently diagnosed with anxiety. what's wrong with me?

Muscle tension.: Anxiety can cause a lot of muscle tension often experienced as neck pain, headaches, back pains, , chest pains, and a lot of nonspecific aches and pains. Please see a therapist who could help you with relaxation techniques as well as help uncover the sources of your anxiety.

Joint laxity: Teenage male who feels need to stretch and crack several major and minor joints regularly each day might suffer from inherited ligament laxity. Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (JHS) might be involved, and Brighton Criteria might be referenced. A lay term for the benign variety of JHS is "doubled jointed".
