Do u have a stent?: Do u mean you have a stent in your artery in your upper thigh ?

Consider Ultrasound: If you hit the steering wheel in a high-speed crash, and the hematoma is deep in the leg, there could be a prob with artery or stent. Risk greater if stent placed in past week or two. If hematoma is shallow, right under skin, and it was not a high impact injury, this is prob Plavix effect. Scary, but not dangerous. Likely to resolve. Your doc may want to do US to be sure. Hope this helps.
