You need to have it : You need to have it checked with your orthopedic you may need an xray to find out what is causing it to stick out.

Question?: Do you have knee pain (in the area of the knee)? Is the "sticking out" new? I'm not sure what the question is, but if it's about the total knee on the right, you want to see an orthopedic surgeon, preferably the one who originally did the surgery, but anyone if the original is not available.
