35yr old f-slipped on wet floor fell on left knee.deep throbbing,burning pain in the knee&painful to walk or keep straight.please advise treatment/ medication to help minimize pain.i have crohns disease &cant take nsaids/anything dat causes diarrhea?

Knee pain : Knee are best evaluated in person. My guess is that you damaged a meniscus (cartilage ) in the knee. It can be several other things such as a fracture, ligament damage, or muscle problem or a combination of those. See an orthopedist
