? leukocytosis?: A white, milky discharge without an odor, itching or redness could be leukocytosis. This is vaginal secretions, dead white blood cells, sloughed tissue & can increase with pregnancy. However, if there is an odor, your vulva is burning, itching, or painful, vulvar redness or burning or urgency with urination - please advise your doctor. I am not sure what tummy tensing is - talk to your md.
