See your GYN: The first thing that comes to mind when knew has malodorous vaginal discharge and infertility is infection. Especially if you have concomitant back or lower abdominal pain. Pelvic inflammatory disease is common and can even be caused by normal flora that grows outside normal amounts, such as Garderella, aka bacterial vaginosis. Especially as you are attempting conception get checked and treated.
