Very unlikely: Mirena (levonorgestrel) is excellent birth control and you have a negative test. It is not unusual for Mirena (levonorgestrel) to suppress menses and is one of the normal side effects/therapeutic benefits of this form of birth control.

More a: Regular periods are not expected with a mirena (levonorgestrel). If you have pregnancy symptoms you should always take a pregnancy test to make sure. Mirena (levonorgestrel)s (levonorgestrel) are very reliable and pregnancy rarely occurs with a Mirena (levonorgestrel) on place ( 1:1000 chance)x.
