Could be: Mirena (levonorgestrel) causes light or irregular bleeding, but if it has been in for 5 years there is probably not going to be a _new_ change from the Mirena (levonorgestrel). Most likely you didn't ovulate this last month. If this is the first month you are having the problem, I would just wait a few months and see if it resolves. If it doesn't, check with your doctor, preferably an OB/GYN.
