For certain subtype: If you have a certain subtype -i.e. Certain molecular abnormality -alk-1 fusion abnormality- the response could be dramatic. There is no benefit of this therapy if you don't have the molecular abnormality.

80% in some patients: In patients whose tumor has a specific mutation that makes it sensitive to the drug (alk translocation) the response rate is about 80%. That is, the tumors in 80% of these patients shrink or at least stop growing.
