Curious. Not good.: Rarely tumor cells can mutate in a way that it is difficult to differentiate between types of cells. First i'd make sure they have done all possible studies on the tumor cells to define its type. If first line chemotherapy did nothing then it's possible that trying ctx aimed at other type of lung cancer could identify its type and help moreso. Survival more than a 6-1mos is unlikely if no ctx.
