No: Sacroiliac joint or ligament pain does not cause abdomen pain. It only cause pain in the low back/buttock region and may radiate down your legs. Your abdomen pain is something else. I would suggest seeing a sports medicine trained spine or pain physician that may be able to help distinguish what your pain issues are.
