I am 26, I woke up this morning with a sense of impending doom, The sense got worst and Feels like my heart is ponding in my chest, my hands are shaking, I am dizzy,my mouth is watery ( like before you vomit) and I have a tightness in my chest.

Sprained my thumb about 6 weeks ago. It was hyperextended backwards . I am still having a hard time using it. Can't grip very hard or make a tight fist. Maybe a 4 on pain scale. Have it checked?
