Causes of stiff neck, stiff shoulders, swollen shoulders, swollen hands, chest tightness, tinnitus, cognitive issues everyday for almost a year now.
I'm 20 (almost 21) and I have pain that seems to radiate from my sternum to the breast bone under my breasts. My breasts feel uncomfortable and my chest and neck seems tight. Some times putting my hand on my sternum helps. What could this be?
