Need to consult a : Doctor. Both creatinine and urea are elevated much above normal levels and suggest renal failure. Please consult your doctor as the matter is not suitable for advice in this forum.

High creatinine: Your results show you to have far advanced chronic kidney disease and possibly kidney failure. You should ask the doctor who ordered to the blood work to send you to a nephrologist who will order a 24 hour urine for creatinine clearance and protein and have blood taken when you return the urine. A renal ultrasound will also need to be done to see the size and morphology of your kidneys. Good luck.
