Good afternoon doctors. How is renal/kidney anemia treated? My creatinine is 1.37 My eGFR is 55 My Urea Nitrogen/BUN is 24. BUN/Creatinine ratio is 18. Hemoglobin 13.2 hematocrit 38.4 RBC 4.52?
