See a nephrologist: She needs to see a kidney doctor asap. Some forms of kidney failure are reversible and others are not. If her disease is irreversible she should be evaluated for a kidney transplant. In addition she needs to prepare for dialysis because her labs demonstrate that she cannot clear her toxins at this time. She needs to see a dietician for advice on an appropriate diet.

Kidney problem: Your wife needs to a nephrologist to have an elevation of her kidneys' function. She needs a history, physical exam, a 24 hour urine collection for creatinine clearance and protein as well as a renal ultrasound. Once these results are in, the nephrologist can give you both a better idea of her prognosis and can formulate a treatment plan for her.
