Good afternoon doctors. how is renal/kidney anemia treated? my creatinine is 1.37 my egfr is 55 my urea nitrogen/bun is 24. bun/creatinine ratio is 18. hemoglobin 13.2 hematocrit 38.4 rbc 4.52?

You have misunderstood something. All these lab values are normal except your creatinine and BUN are slightly high. Your doctor will want to recheck these tests from time to time, like maybe every few months. If there is other evidence of possible kidney disease (e.g. abnormal urinalysis suggesting kidney inflammation), probably somewhat more often. Probably this is nothing to worry about.
