Cyst: This is either a sebaceous cyst (epidermal inclusion cyst) or a trichilemmal cyst. There is a small chance of this being a lymph node, but if the overlying skin is red and it looks like it is coming to a head then it is the former. They are benign. Treatment when inflammed is a moist heat pack several times/ day and time.
