How to know if you have internal bleeding, particularly on your head?

CT: You need a ct of the brain to be sure. If you suspect that or had any kind of head injury, get a ct asap - symptoms can occur suddenly and be catastrophic.

PAIN AND DIZZINESS: An intracranial bleed would cause pain and headache, dizziness, fainting, and/or visual difficulties. Intraabdominal bleed would cause abdominal pain and distention, and could be associated with sweating, dizziness, or fainting. Good luck.
