No: Genatelly these sensations are pretty well filtered ot. Question is do you have a real problem in those areas or do you always hurt or ache somewhere? Do u sleep good at night. To feel pulsing in the stomach, for example, if not a common description of an abdominal pain? The pinching near the heart is likely musculoskeletal. You ar at low risk at your ahe for hrt probs. Zantac (ranitidine) may help. Gdluc.
