It depends: It depends on your medical history and the level of creatinine. I would recommend seeing a nephrologist if your creatinine level is more than 1.5.

Creatinine: Depends upon the serum creatinine value and your body mass index. Also depends upon whether you have protein in urine. This requires evaluation.

Hi doctors. I blood pressure medications, Losartan 100 mg & Metoprolol ER 100 mg. At the nephrologist my blood pressure was 120/70. At the cardiologist a week later it was 145/80. I often get variable numbers. Is this variability in readings normal?
