Hi, any doctor heard of this product or brand called acnotin, it says to have isotretinoin in it, does isotretinoin cure even the worst kind of acne?

It might: Topical isotretinoin may help open up pores and improve acne.If using as directed and no improvement after 6-8 weeks then consider talking to physician about other meds

It is a difficult med to take but is by far the most effective therapy for severe acne. It causes dry lips, skin, nose, eyes. It raises blood triglycerides and cholesterol. After 5 months the acne is usually gone and the patient stops it. The side effects are gone
