Anemia...: Anemia (low hemoglobin) is caused by the body losing blood, red blood cell instability (hemoglobinopathies), destruction (hemolysis), or the bodies inability to produce new red blood cells, or a combination of these. I would be concerned about hemolysis with a rapid drop. Has your urine turned dark in color? Yellowness in eyes or skin? You need to see doctor now for further workup.

Blood test showed iron level slightly high had a further blood test and now its low. What causes this?
Is it normal for your iron level to drop from 76 (march2020) to 18(august2020)? Also blood cells drop drastically showing it now anemic.
