Re-check: It's good that you're paying attention. You should have it re-checked by your medical provider. They will no doubt ask you about the quantity of your menstrual periods and if you've noticed blood in your bowel movements. If that is a legitimate drop, it depends on how fast it happened and how you feel in general. I would not worry about it, but have it investigated.
