Probably: Excessive ankle motion after a brostrom procedure can cause significant pain and swelling. I recommend you follow up with your surgeon to make sure your recovery is going as planned.

2 weeks out of: Any surgery and one can have strange feelings. Ice the area. Discuss with your surgeon on your next appt. I would not be overly concerned at this point.
