Exam would be best: Did they literally just appear after your surgery?And what do you mean by similar lump after muscle? At another time/surgery?Are they around the incision sites?It's possible they are scars depending on how they performed the surgery. If they are painful, growing, and skin around them is becoming more red, you should probably have it looked at by your doc to rule out infection.
