ASK your doc: A complete previa is very dangerous , if u were my pt i would tell u no, if your previa starts to bleed u will need bed rest for the rest of the pregnancy or delivery, and it is very dangerous if it starts bleeding heavy, and if u were my pt you would be getting an amnio at 37 weeks and a csection as if lungs are mature as u do not want to go into labor.

Yoga involves: exercise. However, in prenatal Yoga, ujjayi is taught which will enable you to breath deeply & to relax. This is calming & will help face the demands of labor & delivery. Learning about this mindful breathing technique may be very beneficial. Talk to your OB Dr.
