Depends: It depends on what your doctor says you can do. There is really no good study that says anything you do changes anything as far as miscarriage in the first trimester. I'm talking normal, everyday things. High impact aerobics, marathons, triathlons , stuff like that who knows. I would ask your doc and see what s/he wants you to do and go from there.
