Ignore it!: Varicocele doesn't affect t level (which is controlled by pituitary) regardless of age. However, it may affect sperm production. As long as it doesn't bother you eg cause pain which it shouldn't, no need to worry (unless you want to father children now). T production may decrease w/age but independent of varicocele.

Varicocele: There are data that suggest repairing varicocele can increase testosterone levels. However, most varicoceles cause no problems. The only reasons to consider repair currently in a teen are pain, testicular size discrepancy, and concerns about fertility (usually an issue in men older than teens).
