Implant or Bridge: You really have 3 options when it comes to replacing a tooth. From best to worst, they are: 1) dental implant 2) bridge or 3) partial denture. An implant is the best because it preserves your bone, doesn't decay because it is all parts, looks like your natural tooth, and does not affect the other teeth around it. It has a 98% success rate and could last you for the rest of your life.

Tooth replacement: You really have 3 options when it comes to replacing a tooth. From best to worst, they are: a dental implant, a fixed bridge, or a removable partial denture. Each has advantages and disadvantages that need more space than allowed here to explain.

3: Removable partial denture, fixed bridge, implant with crown. If possible with remaining bone , implant is almost always the best. See Prosthodontist for exam and options. Good Luck.
