Breathing problems: If you break your nose multiple times without having it realigned, you could end up with breathing obstructions from a more narrowed nasal airway. If you have had a deviation of the bones or cartilage, it's recommended to get it reset. If the break never moved the bone or cartilage, you may have no consequences at all. After a broken nose heals completely, it's usually just as strong as before.
