Unknown: A nasal fracture will usually result in nasal bleeding but not always. But, not all nasal fracture need treatment. If breathing and appearance are unchanged then observation is fine. Wait for the swelling to go down which takes 5-7 days and then see a ENT or plastic surgeon if it looks off or doesn't breath normally.
