Chalazion(stye) surgery over a month ago and the swelling won't go down. help?

Treatement?: What are you doing to treat the stye? I recomend warm compresses for 10-15 minutes 2-3 times a day. If this does not work, or your have been doing this, then you may need to consider incision and draining (minor surgical proceedure) or injection of steroid. Waiting and continuing the warm compresses can not hurt, and with time may resolve.
