Not Likely: Seizures lasting less than 20-30 minutes almost never cause any injury in an otherwise healthy child. A fatality from a seizure this length would be almost unheard of as usually, it isn't the seizure that injurs the child, but what they were doing when the seizure occurred that caused the problem (climbing a tree, in the bathtub, etc).
