Class C: It has a pregnancy class c warning which means it is shown to be unsafe in animal testing but has not been tested in humans. If you can avoid, Claritin (loratadine) and Cetirizine are class b in pregnancy. Speak with your ob/gyn to see if the benefits outweigh the risks.
