I took half a hydroxyzine yesterday morning around 10-11 i took a pregnancy test that evening around 5:30 and got two positive. its been almost 30 hrs since and i just got another positive! is it correct or the medicine effecting it??

Hydroxyzine will not give you a false positive pregnancy test, and the home tests are quite reliable. You did not provide any information about your periods or any other symptoms but this is completely consistent with an early pregnancy.
