Small increased risk: Sperm turnover quickly in your body. You make new sperm all the time. However, if the radiation damaged the sperm it could make more damaged sperm. However, we don't have a really good idea how to calculate risk for radiation. What we know comes from extending world war ii atomic bomb information, so we likely overestimate. Only god can tell.
