Evaluation: May be "nothing" or may be something including cancer or non-cancers. If no insurance either pay out of pocket or try to find a free clinic. If a part went out on your car and you couldn't drive you'd pay for it. Your testes are worth it...

Insurance - so what: You are not too young for cancer. It may not be. But you should see your doctor. Any lump on the testicle is cause for concern. Amount of sexual activity is irrelevant.
