Quite unlikely: Strattera (atomoxetine) is an antidepressant, not a stimulant, and it does not produce a "high." drugs with abuse potential typically have a quick absorbtion rate with a rapid positive feeling such as elation that wears off fairly quickly and requires higher and higher doses over time to acheive the same result.
