Yes: It will depend on exactly what the aneurysm looks like, where it is, and the size. If nothing can be done at this point, they will monitor the aneurysm until it can/needs intervention. Also, there are new tools/devices out everyday, and chances are, it can be treated. Find a good neurointerventional physician (usually a neuroradiologist or neurosurgeon).
