Given the fact that i have 3 brain aneurysms and an asd should i be concerned over a slight size diff. in my pupils?

Not necessarily: Anisocoria, or a difference between the size of the pupils, can be present to a small degree, up to one millimeter, in normal people. If the pupillary difference you are noticing is different from before, it would be reasonable to mention this to your doc. In any case, you probably need following for the aneurysms on a regular basis to be sure no change in size. Pupils not related to asd.

See your physician: You should have your anisochoria evaluated by neurologist or neurosurgeon. May need to repeat mra/cta.
